Bond Real Estate Group, based at the Keller Williams Larchmont office, is a small team that helps both buyers and sellers get big results all over Los Angeles…
I’ve been a Realtor in Los Angeles since 2005. I didn’t grow up here and in fact I wasn’t even born in America. I grew up in London, England, surrounded by history and architecture. I moved here after meeting my American husband on a movie set (I used to be in the film business years ago). We bought and sold our own properties first and then I decided to make it my career. I still treat each deal as if it were my own house and take great pleasure in providing the kind of service that encourages my clients to refer me to their friends and relatives.
It used to be just me…running around and trying to do everything all by myself. Times have changed and we have grown and now I have help where I need it most.
I have an absolutely amazing buyer’s agent on my team, Christy Lindgren . She rocks and and I’m very fortunate that she’s a part of my team.
Behind the scenes we have an awesome Client Communications and Transaction Co-ordinator in Darlene Jones. She’s the one checking everything gets done on time and nothing falls through the cracks. She is a ray of sunshine with an infectious laugh and a “can do” attitude. I have no idea how she does it, but I suspect the huge cup of morning coffee helps!
We continuously rank in the top three at the Keller Williams Larchmont office.
What can I say…I like wine!! Oh and cheese, let’s not forget good cheese!
I also have a big fluffy cat that we adopted from the NKLA (No Kill Los Angeles) event in 2016.
There were so many cats and dogs there on the day we found him, but we couldn’t resist him once we picked him up and gave him a hug. The poor guy had been in a very bad situation and so the authorities stepped in to rescue him and a lot of other animals in the same house. He’d then spent about two months in a shelter. He is the sweetest cat and we’re so happy we can give him a good home.
Ps. He now has his own following on Instagram…sheesh…
