Today was an awesome caravan day filled with jaw-dropping views and drool-worthy decor. I started out on the Eastside to preview a few properties for my clients. My first stop 1913 N Wilton Place is this gorgeous Modern treehouse on a tree-lined street in Los Feliz…it’s a great example of modern done right blending the old and the new.
How would you like to wake up every morning to this view from your master bedroom?
Just when I thought I couldn’t be more wowed, I discovered 1929 N Serrano. This gated, private Spanish getaway is beyond chic…it oozes Hollywood glamour with its crystal and Italian glass chandeliers, black marble bar and Phylrich faucets.
No Hollywood glam home is complete without Marilyn 🙂
Check out this view from the rooftop deck…

Then I headed over to Silver Lake to check out an historic Spanish Colonial Revival with sweeping reservoir views at 2055 W Silver Lake Drive.
I love this vintage tiled bath…
Vintage phone too 🙂
Then I stopped in at 937 Lucile, a Spanish Bungalow in the Silver Lake Hills with stunning views of the Griffith Park Observatory, Hollywood Sign and surrounding hills. Feel free to click here to browse more homes in Silver Lake.
I wrapped up my caravan back in Hancock Park at 140 S Van Ness. This classic center hall Traditional is in the Third Street Elementary School district and is move-in ready. If you’d like to check out all the homes for sale in Hancock Park…click here to see.
See you next week when I’ll have more homes to share with you!
