Here’s a glimpse of the houses I saw on caravan today. My first stop 1840 Lobdell was this cute though small Mid-Century in the trendy neighborhood of Echo Park.

Back in Hancock Park I checked out this beautiful English Tudor at 137 S McCadden restored by William Hefner, AIA.
Even on a not-so-sunny day, Los Angeles still looks good…
Spotted yet another bar cart today…
Right before heading back to my office, I stopped in to see 216 S Larchmont located just one block from Larchmont Village and in the highly desired Third Street Elementary School district.
The house may have been built in 1921 but inside it felt like a New York City loft 🙂
Until next week!
