I saw a lot of good stuff today on my broker caravan starting in Silver Lake at 3032 Windsor Ave. Shhh…don’t tell anyone this English Cottage was my favorite and I felt right at home. 😉
A perfect sitting room for reading a book or just daydreaming…
Then I checked out 2527 Scott Ave, a Spanish home with a touch of mid-century located on a charming hilly street close to restaurants and shops.
I love the lush greenery that surrounds this property!
I did not want to miss 3324 Descanso Drive…a gorgeous transformation of a vintage Craftsman Bungalow with hillside and city views.
Largest pair of scissors I’ve ever seen 🙂
Love the brushed gold hardware, custom tile + carrara counter in this bathroom…

Then I went over to 1374 1/2 Edgecliffe Drive, one of four residences with a modern aesthetic at Edgecliffe Terrace in prime Silver Lake and within walking distance of Sunset Junction.
Private roof deck with views of the Silver Lake hills, Griffith Park Observatory and the Hollywood Sign…
The last stop before heading back to my office on Larchmont was 211 N Van Ness Ave, a 1920s Spanish with great potential on a huge lot in Windsor Square. There’s a pool and two-bedroom guest house and the home is filled with some pretty amazing original architectural details…
Look at those stairs!!
